Abstract: An acrylated hyperbranched aliphatic polyester (designated HBP20-A) was synthesized based on a hyperbranched polyester (Boltorn(TM) H20). The thermal mechanical properties, thermal stability, and mechanical properties of the UV-cured HBP20-A and its blends with aromatic polyurethane acrylate were investigated. The experimental results show that the addition of HBP20-A has a strong effect on the properties of the UV-cured traditional linear polyurethane acrylate films.
